• Safety Features: Identity verification and reporting tools

ELIGIBILITY

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use HeyU.

Additional requirements:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement

• You are not prohibited from using the service under applicable laws

• You have not been previously removed from HeyU for violating our terms

• You will provide accurate and truthful information

ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITIES

Profile Accuracy:

• Real Identity: Use your real name and accurate information

• Current Photos: Use recent, unfiltered photos of yourself

• Honest Bio: Provide truthful information about yourself

• Age Verification: Ensure your age is accurate and verifiable

Account Security:

• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential

• Don't share your account with others

• Report any unauthorized access immediately

• You're responsible for all activity on your account

COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

Respectful Behavior: Treat all users with respect and kindness.

Prohibited Content:

• Inappropriate Photos: No nudity, sexual content, or offensive images

• Fake Profiles: No impersonation or false identity

• Spam/Advertising: No promotional content or commercial solicitation

• Harassment: No bullying, threats, or abusive language

• Illegal Activity: No content promoting illegal activities

Prohibited Behavior:

• Catfishing: Using false identity or misleading information

• Scamming: Attempting to defraud or deceive other users

• Stalking: Persistent unwanted contact or following

• Solicitation: Requesting money, gifts, or personal information

• Discrimination: Content based on race, religion, gender, etc.

SAFETY & SECURITY

Identity Verification:

• Liveness detection helps ensure profile authenticity

• Face detection technology improves photo quality and safety

Reporting & Blocking:

• Report Users: Report inappropriate behavior or content

• Block Users: Prevent unwanted contact from specific users

• Safety Center: Access safety tips and resources

Meeting Safety:

Important: Always prioritize your safety when meeting someone from HeyU.

• Meet in public places for first meetings

• Tell friends or family about your plans

• Trust your instincts and leave if uncomfortable

• Don't share personal information (address, financial details)

LOCATION SERVICES

• Distance Matching: Location used to show distance between users

• Privacy: Exact location is never shared with other users

• Control: You can disable location services anytime

• Worldwide Option: Option to match globally without location restrictions

PAYMENT & SUBSCRIPTIONS

• Premium subscriptions will be clearly disclosed with pricing

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled

• Refunds subject to app store policies

• Price changes will be communicated in advance

TERMINATION

Your Rights:

• You can delete your account anytime in app settings

• Account deletion removes your profile and personal data

• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property

DISCLAIMERS

• No Guarantees: We don't guarantee matches or relationships

• User Responsibility: Users are responsible for their interactions

• Third-Party Content: We're not responsible for user-generated content

• Service Availability: App may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance

CHANGES TO TERMS

• Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms

LEGAL
