To register for a Sparkr account, you may provide us with your email address and password.

You may also register for a Sparkr account using Google. If you sign in using Google, we collect basic profile information from your Google account (such as email and name).

b. Usage Data

• Sessions: The sentences you enter, word chains you create, selected words, and generated ideas are stored in our database for your future reference and app functionality.

• Analytics: We use Google Analytics for Firebase to collect anonymized data such as user interactions with the app. This helps us improve the app's performance and features.

c. Sparkr Plus

If you subscribe to Sparkr Plus, you may interact with Artificial Intelligence (“AI”) features. These include the "Switch" option, which replaces the last word in your word chain, the "Suggest" option, which provides new word suggestions, and the ability to generate AI-assisted creative ideas.

When you interact with AI features, your information may be shared with AI vendors such as OpenAI, which may keep a copy of your text for their own purposes. Please do not submit any personal or confidential information when using AI features.

d. Third Party Access

The App does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.

3. How We Process Your Information

• Account Management: To create and manage your account, including sending email verifications and password reset links.

• Service Provision: To allow you to access app features, such as AI-generated ideas and wordplay activities.

• Analytics: Firebase Analytics helps us track user behavior in an aggregated and anonymous way to improve the app experience.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

We may share your data if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users or others.

4. Security

We value your trust in providing us your personal information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

We retain your account and usage data for as long as your account is active. You can request to delete your account and data by contacting us via email. Upon request, we will delete your account and associated data from our systems, unless retention is required by law.

We do not knowingly collect, store or use any personal information about users aged under 13.
