Thank you for using the ResQ app. ResQ is an emergency application designed to save lives during earthquakes. This privacy policy is intended to inform you about the information we collect, use, and share when you use the app.

To effectively provide life-saving features during an emergency, ResQ collects the following information:

2.1. Information Provided by the User

• Emergency Contact Information: Phone numbers of the emergency contacts you designate

• Contact Access: Access to your contacts list for selecting emergency contacts

2.2. Automatically Collected Information

• Location Data: Your geographic location to help rescue teams and emergency contacts find you during an emergency

• Device Information: Battery status and device performance data

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely for the following purposes:

• Provide Emergency Assistance: Share your location with emergency contacts during an earthquake to help you get aid

• Enable Whistle Feature: Assist rescue teams in locating you if you are trapped under rubble

• Battery Optimization: Optimize your device's battery to last as long as possible during emergencies

• Improve App Performance: Enhance user experience and fix application errors

4. Information Sharing

4.1. Sharing with Emergency Contacts

When the SOS feature is activated, ResQ shares your location with your chosen emergency contacts via SMS. This only occurs when you explicitly trigger the SOS function.

4.2. Sharing with Third Parties

We do not share your personal data with third parties except in the following cases:

• When legally required

• When necessary to protect the safety of our users or the public

• When necessary to prevent or address fraud or technical issues

4.3. Data Storage

Your data is stored locally on your device only. We do not store your information on any remote server.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Children's Privacy

ResQ is not designed for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have received personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to promptly delete it.

7. Permissions and Their Purposes

ResQ requires the following permissions:

• Location Access (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION & ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION): To share your location with emergency contacts during an emergency

• Send SMS (SEND_SMS): To send emergency messages to your contacts

• Microphone Access (RECORD_AUDIO): To enable the whistle feature

• Contact Access (READ_CONTACTS): To allow selection of emergency contacts from your contact list

• Internet Access (INTERNET): For app updates and communication with necessary services

• Vibration Control (VIBRATE): For alerts and notifications

• Prevent Sleep Mode (WAKE_LOCK): To keep your device awake during emergencies

• Foreground Service (FOREGROUND_SERVICE): To run the SOS and whistle features in the background

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated policy on this page and revise the update date. If significant changes are made, we will notify you within the app.

3. Bilgilerinizi Nasıl Kullanıyoruz

Topladığımız bilgileri yalnızca aşağıdaki amaçlarla kullanıyoruz:

• Acil Durum Yardımı Sağlamak: Konum bilgilerinizi, deprem anında yardım alabilmeniz için acil durum kişilerinizle paylaşmak

• Düdük Özelliğini Sağlamak: Enkaz altında kaldığınızda kurtarma ekiplerinin sizi bulmasına yardımcı olmak

• Batarya Optimizasyonu: Acil durum sırasında cihazınızın bataryasını en uzun süre dayanacak şekilde optimize etmek

• Uygulama Performansını İyileştirmek: Kullanıcı deneyimini geliştirmek ve uygulama hatalarını gidermek

4. Bilgi Paylaşımı

4.1. Acil Durum Kişilerinizle Paylaşım

Deprem TR, SOS özelliği etkinleştirildiğinde, yalnızca sizin belirlediğiniz acil durum kişilerinizle konum bilgilerinizi SMS yoluyla paylaşır. Bu paylaşım, yalnızca sizin açıkça tetiklediğiniz SOS işlevi sırasında gerçekleşir.

4.2. Üçüncü Taraflarla Paylaşım

Kişisel verilerinizi, aşağıdaki durumlar dışında üçüncü taraflarla paylaşmıyoruz:

• Yasal bir zorunluluk olduğunda

• Kullanıcılarımızın veya kamuoyunun güvenliğini korumak için gerekli olduğunda

4.3. Veri Saklama

8. Gizlilik Politikası Değişiklikleri

Gizlilik politikamızı zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Değişiklikler yaptığımızda, bu sayfada güncellenmiş politikayı yayınlayacağız ve güncelleme tarihini değiştireceğiz. Önemli değişiklikler olması durumunda, uygulama içinde bir bildirim göndereceğiz.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the mobile game application GOAT Hoops (the "Game"), you ("you" or "user") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download, install, access, or use the Game.

1. License to Use the Game

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Game on your compatible mobile device for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

2. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Cheat or use any unauthorized third-party software or tools that may give you an unfair advantage in the Game.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Game, its servers, or related systems.

Engage in any behavior that is disruptive, offensive, or harmful to other players (if applicable in future versions).

Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Game.

Use the Game for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Intellectual Property

The Game, including its title, characters, graphics, music, and all other content (collectively, the "Game Content"), is owned by Simit Studios or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You acknowledge that you have no right, title, or interest in or to the Game Content except for the limited license granted in Section 1.  

4. Usernames and Leaderboards

You are responsible for the username you choose for the Game. You agree not to choose a username that is offensive, misleading, or infringes upon the rights of others. We reserve the right to modify or remove any username that we deem inappropriate. Your scores and username will be displayed on public leaderboards.

5. Advertisements

The Game may display advertisements served by Google AdMob. By using the Game, you consent to the display of these advertisements. We are not responsible for the content of the advertisements displayed by third-party ad networks.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE GAME IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.  

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SIMIT STUDIOS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF, OR YOUR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE GAME, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE GAME SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US (IF ANY) FOR THE GAME.  

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Simit Studios and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your breach of these Terms or your use of the Game.  

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Game at any time, with or without cause and without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Game will immediately cease.  

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Game shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in London, United Kingdom.  

11. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated Terms within the Game or through other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Game after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
